A mobile nail appointment in a care or managed setting requires coordination with the person receiving the service, the facility, and the provider. Permission and access should be confirmed for each location rather than assumed.

Confirm the person’s preferences

Ask whether they want a manicure, pedicure, polish, natural finish, hand massage, or foot massage. Confirm consent and comfort directly with the person whenever possible.

Share mobility or positioning needs that affect the cosmetic service, and identify who will provide any personal assistance.

Check the setting’s rules

Ask the facility or managed setting whether an outside nail provider may visit. Confirm visitor registration, arrival contact, room access, timing limits, and any documentation requirements.

Provide only the permissions and access arrangements that the location has actually approved.

Keep medical concerns separate

Routine cosmetic nail care is not medical treatment. Pain, open wounds, bleeding, infection, or other concerning changes should be referred to an appropriate healthcare professional before booking.

Request an appointment

To discuss a mobile nail-care visit, use the contact page. Confirm the service, location, availability, access arrangements, and price when requesting your appointment.
