These Terms and Conditions (“Website Terms”) govern your use of the My Nails Clinic website and its inquiry and appointment-request features. By using the website, you agree to these Website Terms.
These are website terms. They are not a complete client service agreement. A confirmed service may be subject to separate terms communicated and agreed to during scheduling, in an appointment confirmation, or in a separate client agreement. If separate service terms conflict with these Website Terms on a matter concerning the service, the separate service terms control that matter.
About My Nails Clinic
My Nails Clinic is a California sole proprietorship offering mobile cosmetic nail-care services in San Francisco, San Mateo, Palo Alto, and confirmed Peninsula communities. Availability at a particular address or setting must be confirmed.
Website information
The website provides general information about My Nails Clinic and its services. We try to keep it accurate and current, but service descriptions, service areas, availability, and other information may change.
Website content does not guarantee that a particular service, date, time, location, or price is available. Information about nail or foot concerns is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Appointment and service requests
Submitting a website form, email, telephone message, or other inquiry is a request only. It does not reserve a time or create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when My Nails Clinic expressly accepts the requested service, location, access arrangements, date, time, availability, and price.
You agree to provide accurate contact, location, access, scheduling, and service information. Tell us before confirmation about circumstances reasonably relevant to safe and comfortable service, including mobility or positioning needs and location or facility requirements.
If you request a service for another person, you must be authorized to provide the information needed to arrange the request and should involve that person in service and comfort decisions whenever possible. A parent or guardian is required for a teen service. Care facilities, workplaces, event venues, and other managed settings may require separate permission and confirmed access arrangements.
Cosmetic services only
My Nails Clinic provides cosmetic nail-care services. These services do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and do not replace care from a physician, podiatrist, or another qualified healthcare professional.
Seek appropriate medical advice for infection, an open wound, bleeding, severe or persistent pain, swelling, drainage, fever, diabetes, circulation concerns, loss of sensation, or another condition requiring clinical assessment. If a concern appears outside the scope of cosmetic nail care or the requested service cannot be performed appropriately and comfortably, My Nails Clinic may recommend medical evaluation rather than proceed.
Do not use the website to request emergency assistance.
Pricing and payment
The website does not currently process online payments. My Nails Clinic confirms the requested service and total price by telephone or email before a visit. Accepted payment methods and payment timing are communicated as part of the appointment confirmation.
When a mandatory travel or service charge applies to a confirmed appointment, it must be included in the total price quoted before confirmation. Optional additions may change the total only when requested and agreed.
Changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
Contact My Nails Clinic as soon as possible if you need to change, cancel, or reschedule a requested or confirmed appointment. A request to change an appointment does not reserve a new time. A replacement date or time is confirmed only when My Nails Clinic expressly accepts it.
Any deposit, cancellation, late-arrival, no-show, or refund term that applies to a service must be communicated and agreed before the appointment is confirmed. This website does not establish a cancellation fee, deposit forfeiture, or refund entitlement by itself.
My Nails Clinic may propose a change or decline to proceed when availability, access, safety, illness, a location requirement, or a concern outside cosmetic nail care prevents the planned service. Any resulting payment or refund issue is handled under the terms confirmed for that appointment and applicable law.
Service results and client responsibilities
Services are planned around the confirmed request, the condition of the nails, comfort, available time, and practical conditions at the location. A particular cosmetic result cannot be guaranteed when it depends on those factors.
Clients and organizers are responsible for providing accurate instructions, permission to enter and work at the location, a suitable and safe service area, and any on-site contact or facility approval agreed during scheduling. Do not ask My Nails Clinic to provide medical, transfer, or personal-care assistance outside the confirmed cosmetic service.
Communications
When you submit an inquiry, you authorize My Nails Clinic to respond using the contact details you provide for purposes related to that inquiry or requested service. Appointment and inquiry responses are service communications, not consent to unrelated marketing.
Acceptable website use
You may not use the website to:
- Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
- Submit information you are not authorized to provide.
- Submit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or materially misleading information.
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with website security or operation.
