Changing Your Polish Preference Before a Mobile Visit

It is normal to reconsider a polish color or switch between polish and a natural finish. Tell the provider as early as possible because a change can affect the products and time needed for the appointment.

Send the change clearly

Identify the appointment date and say whether the change applies to hands, feet, or both. Describe the new preference as polish, no polish, sheer, opaque, neutral, bright, glossy, or natural finish.

If you have a reference photo, explain which part you like. A pictured shade may not be available or may look different under other lighting.

Ask whether timing or price changes

A different service choice can affect the booking. Confirm availability, appointment length, and price instead of assuming the original plan still applies.

For a group visit, specify which participant is changing their selection so the rest of the request remains clear.

Keep the final plan in writing

Use the same contact thread where possible and ask for confirmation. If the change cannot be accommodated, decide whether to keep the original service or reschedule.

Request an appointment

To discuss a mobile nail-care visit, use the contact page. Confirm the service, location, availability, access arrangements, and price when requesting your appointment.
